Business Mission to India: Join the Czech Delegation Accompanying Minister Karel Havlíček
Looking to enter the Indian market, find new business partners, or expand your existing activities in India? This October, Czech companies have a unique opportunity to visit India as part of an official business delegation.
The Czech-Indian Chamber of Commerce (CZINCC) is a partner of the Business Mission to India, organised by the Confederation of Industry of the Czech Republic from 11–16 October 2026.
The business delegation will accompany Karel Havlíček, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic, on his official visit to India. The mission will be led by Jan Rafaj, President of the Confederation of Industry of the Czech Republic.
Combining a business mission with an official government visit gives participating companies valuable access to relevant business partners and institutions, helping them establish new contacts and open doors that can be difficult to reach independently.
What can participating companies expect?
The delegation will visit New Delhi and Mumbai, with a possible visit to Bengaluru also under consideration. The programme will include business forums, thematic seminars, B2B and B2G meetings, and networking opportunities with Indian companies and institutions.
The mission is open both to companies already active in India and to those considering entering the market. Key sectors include automotive, rail transport, aerospace, defence, energy, engineering, environmental technologies, ICT, science, research and innovation.
For Czech companies, the mission offers an opportunity to gain first-hand insight into the Indian market, build relevant local connections and present their business as part of a high-level Czech government and business delegation.
The mission is organised by the Confederation of Industry of the Czech Republic in cooperation with the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Embassy of the Czech Republic in New Delhi, the Consulate General of the Czech Republic in Mumbai and the Czech-Indian Chamber of Commerce (CZINCC).

The Business Mission to India will take place from 11–16 October 2026. Registration documents must be submitted by 10 September 2026 at 18:00.
